my tow nails have taken on a yellow color what can be done about it .is there anything over the counter or do i need to get something from the doc.Do i have toe nail fungus ?

My husband got rid of his with Tea Tree Oil applied neat. It takes about a year for your toenail to grow out so this is a long term thing. Your doctor can give you anti fungal tablets (also need to be taken over a long period) but these made my husband ill, his skin literally flaked off the whole of his body and he itched. Had to get up in night for a cold shower to get any relief. I would try the Tea Tree Oil.
