Toe nail fungus help?

I had toenail fungus some time ago, and after using this medicine everyday for about a month, i think it's completely gone, because the nail is starting to grow back.





But those who know, or those who've had experienced it, will the nail grow back to how it was before? As in, will it be shorter or anything? Is the white part of the nail going to be longer than before?
